Duration: 7 Nights Dates: 6th June to 13th June 2024 Guests: Myself, my wife, our two boys (aged 9 and 11), and my elderly mother Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accommodation: Our stay at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park was absolutely delightful. We had ground floor spacious luxury rooms with personal balconies, providing an almost private pool experience due to the hotel’s impressive 22 pools. The rooms were well-maintained, luxurious, and very comfortable. Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is a highlight for both adults and children. There’s truly something for everyone. Customer Service: The staff at Pickalbatros Aqua Park are incredibly helpful and friendly, consistently going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. This was particularly important for us, as my elderly mother is disabled and cannot walk long distances. Every day, the hotel staff arranged transfers to get her as close to the restaurants as possible, demonstrating outstanding customer service. The animation team and all other staff members were always smiling and eager to assist. Dining: The food was fresh, tasted good, and there was a lot of variety. However, the menu could benefit from more variation, as it tended to be similar day after day. A bit more creativity in the daily offerings would enhance the dining experience. Entertainment: The evening shows were very enjoyable and provided good entertainment for the entire family. Similar to the food, a bit more variety in the shows would be a welcomed improvement. Special Mention: A significant highlight was the manager's exceptional customer service when we requested a late check-out. Understanding that our flight was very late, the manager graciously allowed us to check out at 4 PM instead of the standard 2 PM, at no extra cost. This gesture, especially during the peak busy holiday season, saved us over £80 and made our departure much m

What an absolute fantastic stay at Pickalbatros aqua park sharm el sheikh. From as soon as we arrived we were greeted with welcome drinks and a lovely welcoming by Abdullah and Abdulrahman. They organise our large family of 7 to be in rooms next to eachother and for our stay to be near the heated pool which was fabulous. Abdullah and Abdulrahman at reception were excellent from the start of our trip to the end. Our flight wasn’t until 8pm and check out was at 12 but we were able to continue to use facilities untill we needed to go as-long as we was out the room. Mahoud Hosny cleaned our room every day and greeted us with a smile every day. He was very pleasant and always was there to help if we needed anything extra. Everyday he would set up the bed differently and the kids loved it! They were so excited to see what he would create next. We will definitely visit again, but maybe in the hotter months so that we can go on all the water rides. Only some pools/slides were heated but we still went on the other water slides it was just very cold. Having access to Aqua Blue was great as they have more heated slides. Food was amazing, they have a huuuge variety and different things everyday. Ice cream was the best! Especially mango and vanilla! Kids constantly wanted more and more. Entertainment was good for adults. Kids entertainment wasn’t the best but there’s so much fun to have in the water. Thanks

Amazing resort which exceeded beyond my expectations. We arrived as a family of 27 and booked 8 rooms. We were all given rooms next door to each other with an exclusive pool. The staff were amazing and attentive to all our needs. They constantly worked hard to please us and were hospitable throughout our entire stay. I would like to give huge recognition to Mr Mustafa Hamdi (Night manager). He made our stay enjoyable and kept checking to make sure we were okay. He made out experience at this resort 10/10. Also would like to recognise all the workers at the resort who were so nice and polite. Specifically our cleaner Mohammed at the family room who works extremely hard and Abbas alarawabi the life guard for entertaining us. The food was great and the hotel tried to provide special dishes everyday. The resort was massive and looks quiet but this is due to the size of the place. The aqua park was amazing and the children had so much fun. We had full access to the other 2 hotel Aqua blu and beach hotel so we could never get bored. Overall amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely be visiting again 👍

The location is not far from the Old market, about 1.5km. A very good snorkeling point El fanar beach is about 1.7km. The Mango market is about 1 km. About the hotel, we stayed for 5 nights, 4 people(2 kids and 2 adults). Slept well, there is a small noise from the late party, but it is not disturbing. Near our room was a heated pool. The food is delicious and high quality, for example grilled meat, pizza from the oven, and a messaka(vegetarian eggplant dish), traditional sweets etc. Lots of variety every day! Aqua park for adults has 4 pipes, for smaller children there are lots of them. Also it is possible and allowed to use sister hotel(Neverland-Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort) aqua park. Pipes are even more there but a bit lower, but fun at the same level. Available bus to the hotel beach. Cleaning service great. Every evenings shows for kids. Thanks!

We like the aqua park ,my kids enjoy it too much,,,all the activity team are friendly especially with kids!!and this is an extra point. Family room were good fitting 2 adult with 2 kids easily ,picine room was easily acces to pool which was also nice especially when you have kids. Entertiment show at night was enjoyable!!also kids disco from 8:30 to 9 was great!!i hope they increase more and more activity for kids. About food it was with huge variety someone can find easly find something to love whatever he like ,,,also bard with snacks near pool was good if restaurant time didnt fit you…ice cream bar was great for kids they enjoy it a lot.
