Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh

Kids loved the aqua park, heated pools and the animation team were great especially the Valentines foam pool party. Special shout out to Hamed who helped return my mobile phone back to London when we left it behind in the room. He tried to call before we reached the airport but as we didn't have network he arranged for another hotel guest to bring it back to London. This is really fantastic customer service.

The location is not far from the Old market, about 1.5km. A very good snorkeling point El fanar beach is about 1.7km. The Mango market is about 1 km. About the hotel, we stayed for 5 nights, 4 people(2 kids and 2 adults). Slept well, there is a small noise from the late party, but it is not disturbing. Near our room was a heated pool. The food is delicious and high quality, for example grilled meat, pizza from the oven, and a messaka(vegetarian eggplant dish), traditional sweets etc. Lots of variety every day! Aqua park for adults has 4 pipes, for smaller children there are lots of them. Also it is possible and allowed to use sister hotel(Neverland-Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort) aqua park. Pipes are even more there but a bit lower, but fun at the same level. Available bus to the hotel beach. Cleaning service great. Every evenings shows for kids. Thanks!

This is a lovely new 5 star resort, it is well kept, clean, many facilities for families, heated pools many slides for adults & kids. The staff are very attentive and will go out of their way to accommodate. The food was good especially on special event nights like Valentines day we were there they really went all out, there were so many options and fantastic quality. I also requested the reception to make up the room on V day and returned to swans & flowers and rose petals etc..

We had ground floor spacious luxury rooms with personal balconies, providing an almost private pool experience due to the hotel’s impressive 22 pools. The rooms were well-maintained, luxurious, and very comfortable. Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is a highlight for both adults and children. There’s truly something for everyone. Customer Service: The staff at Pickalbatros Aqua Park are incredibly helpful and friendly, consistently going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. This was particularly important for us, as my elderly mother is disabled and cannot walk long distances. Every day, the hotel staff arranged transfers to get her as close to the restaurants as possible, demonstrating outstanding customer service. The animation team and all other staff members were always smiling and eager to assist. Dining: The food was fresh, tasted good, and there was a lot of variety. However, the menu could benefit from more variation, as it tended to be similar day after day. A bit more creativity in the daily offerings would enhance the dining experience. Entertainment: The evening shows were very enjoyable and provided good entertainment for the entire family. Similar to the food, a bit more variety in the shows would be a welcomed improvement. Special Mention: A significant highlight was the manager's exceptional customer service when we requested a late check-out. Understanding that our flight was very late, the manager graciously allowed us to check out at 4 PM instead of the standard 2 PM, at no extra cost.
